Default Problems renewing provisioning profiles?

My ad hoc profile for AppSales mobile expires today. I went to the provisioning portal to renew it, but when I clicked on the "renew" button I got dumped back to the "development" tab and the profile wasn't renewed. Is anyone else having this problem?
I even tried deleting the profile and creating a new one, the new was was created, but already expired! Checking AppSales mobile daily is like crack to me! I need my fix!
What's worse is I can't even find a support email for problems relating to the provisioning portal. argggh!

Could it be that the certificate it is linked to has expired? If so, then maybe you need to renew the certificate first.

It expires sometime today. But my development certificate has already expired and I can renew those profiles. Maybe the rules are different for development profiles. I don't have the option to renew my development certificate, I'll have to create a new one. Does this mean that I'll have to create all new provisioning profiles using the new certificate? If so, is there any reason not to just revoke my distribution certificate and try to start over? (Other than the extreme annoyance of having to redo 15 profiles)

Nope, that is the way it is done.

I have the exact same issue. When I press the renew button on my Distribution profiles, they skip to the development tab and never renew. Every few times it will say "Pending", but then it always shows the Renew button again afterward. Did you ever figure this out? I tried clearing my cache and cookies for my browser, but no luck. I can renew my development profiles, just not the distribution ones.

Yeah, you have to delete your old distribution certificate and create a new one, then go to the provisioning profiles and click modify to assign the new certificate to it. You may have to change something, and then change it back to get the 'save' button (or whatever it is called) to activate. It's got a javascript control that disables it until something is changed. At least it used to.

Thanks! It turns out that my distribution certificate had expired about 3 minutes before I tried to renew. I had just renewed my development certificate, so I didn't think of that.

You're right that I did have to change one thing in each profile to get it to renew.
