I'm not an IP attorney, but I play one on the Interwebs, and I object.
Most blogs and websites claim copyright to their contents. If they haven't specifically authorized usages like you're describing (for example, creative commons licensing, public domain content, etc...) then you're almost certainly stealing their content to line your own pockets. I can't imagine you'd fare well in a lawsuit.
Of course safari shows the entire web, and that's fine, the people who make websites want them to be seen. However you can't scrape content from online sources and resell it in most cases without breaking intellectual property laws. There have been many apps pulled for this reason, and probably a few suits filed as well.
Besides, most apps that do this are not very good apps. I have a zillion amazing app ideas that I just can't find time to code... there are plenty of great things that haven't been done at all yet. Think of something else. Maybe I should start an app idea business, because my ideas are usually fairly epic, whereas my coding skills and efficiency not so much.
