Default Do lite apps get category featured (in the past year)?

I'm wondering about this because of Apple's recommendations to remove "lite" and "free" wording from app icons. It makes sense to me to keep the wording, because it makes it absolutely upfront and obvious to users that the app is not the full thing. Trying to blend in as a normal app seems dishonest.

I'm only considering removing the wording if there are side benefits, such as the potential for being featured. But if lite apps never get featured anyway, then there really is no point IMO.

I'd like to know too.
Just looking now: Qbism Unleashed is a lite version of Qbism and it's featured in new and noteworthy. But that seems to be the only one
