"Prepare for Upload" but "No eligible apps were found" ?!

Ok I'm having a bit of a problem.. I made a new application and I want to submit it to Apple. Since a few weeks we can only upload via Application Loader and not via iTunesConnect anymore. I provided all the nessecairy information in iTunesConnect and my status is now "Prepare for Upload"

If I want to upload the binary via application uploader I keep having this: "No eliglible applications were found.'

Do I have to wait or what?

Login to iTunesConnect and go to your application. There will be a button there called "Ready to Upload" or something of that sort. Once you click on it then the application will be visible in your Application Loader to upload.
