Waiting & Waiting & Waiting for Upload...

This is the first time i've had to use Application Loader since the new iTC came into effect.

So, My App was waiting for upload, i see it in App Loader, upload the app, get a success message....

The status is still waiting for Upload about an hour later... is this normal?

EDIT: Its just appeared... seems there is a delay now inbetween statuses
