WARNING:Rule change in AppStore.Upload your screen shot first before it go to Review

In the past, we are not supposed to upload the screenshot until the application is Ready for Sale because it will LIVE right away
Now the rule is change. We are required to upload screenshot before going to review. After "In Review", you can not change the screen shot anymore.
