Just got my app approved (new version) but i cant see any screenshots on the device, looks ok in iTunes and in iTunes Connect portal. Anyone elsse with the same problem?
And i noticed the changed in the Portal, cant even remove a app from sales (guess thats the only way of updating screens nowdays), whats going on with AppStore, why cant we get info on time!

Exactly the same here! App screen shots show in itunes on PC and Mac but not on the appstore on my iPhone. I have checked on other devices as well - same problem.
This is massive problem as sales will be effected!!!!!
I have emailed apple stating the urgency but I guess it will take their normal 3-4 days for a reply
Got a response from Apple thanking me for bringing it to their attention!!!! then he asked for details which had already been sent. Have sent all requested details in the hope they can sort this mess out!

Hope they fix all the apps, mailed iTunes team and they have not returned....
This was lame!
I did stress in my email back to them that there were many other apps suffering the same problem. I've posted the details on my blog
What email adress did you use for contacting the appstore team?, or did you use the contact form, still no change of the screenshots, and no feedback from apple what so ever, getting frustrated!!...

I used the contact forms in iTunes connect but all they are doing is palming me off with emails saying they are looking into it. If its like support systems ive seen in the past, if they reply then thats them done for 24 hours. Once you have filled in the form and got an email back you can simply reply back to them on that email.
The first email was just asking for info (which I had already given them such as app name and app id) and to thank me for pointing out the problem. The second email was 'we are looking into it'.
We are now down to 80 in the charts with no sales yesterday!
I would urge anyone with this problem to contact apple and moan like hell. This is not acceptable. It has been nearly 2 days now and not a word from apple.
