Default AppStore on device not showing screenshots!

Just got my app approved (new version) but i cant see any screenshots on the device, looks ok in iTunes and in iTunes Connect portal. Anyone elsse with the same problem?

And i noticed the changed in the Portal, cant even remove a app from sales (guess thats the only way of updating screens nowdays), whats going on with AppStore, why cant we get info on time!

My new free app Hackmods Wallpaper HD Plus just got aproved and no screen shots for 3 hours now

Exactly the same here! App screen shots show in itunes on PC and Mac but not on the appstore on my iPhone. I have checked on other devices as well - same problem.

This is massive problem as sales will be effected!!!!!

I have emailed apple stating the urgency but I guess it will take their normal 3-4 days for a reply

I have checked many other apps as well and they are all working. In my case I have a version update waiting for review - anyone else?

I have checked on my iPad and the screen shots show there so it appears to be an iPhone only problem. I have checked on iPhones running iOS4 and 3

Got a response from Apple thanking me for bringing it to their attention!!!! then he asked for details which had already been sent. Have sent all requested details in the hope they can sort this mess out!

Meanwhile Down Down Down goes the rank.

I did stress in my email back to them that there were many other apps suffering the same problem. I've posted the details on my blog

What email adress did you use for contacting the appstore team?, or did you use the contact form, still no change of the screenshots, and no feedback from apple what so ever, getting frustrated!!...

I used the contact forms in iTunes connect but all they are doing is palming me off with emails saying they are looking into it. If its like support systems ive seen in the past, if they reply then thats them done for 24 hours. Once you have filled in the form and got an email back you can simply reply back to them on that email.

The first email was just asking for info (which I had already given them such as app name and app id) and to thank me for pointing out the problem. The second email was 'we are looking into it'.

We are now down to 80 in the charts with no sales yesterday!

I would urge anyone with this problem to contact apple and moan like hell. This is not acceptable. It has been nearly 2 days now and not a word from apple.

Boy does Android look tempting today.

Hey guys,

i checked out your apps on my iPhone 3G running version 3.1.3. I didn't even see the grey rectangles. Screenshots are missing at all!

This looks like some serious issue. I hope that this will not happen to my new app currently being in review.

looks like Apple made another boo-boo...

Thanks for checking but did you see screenshots on any of our apps or were they all missing?
