Ad networks for iPad app?

Any idea which ad network works best for iPad?

I've tried Admob which gives me decent revenue. The fill rate is kind of low (50%). So I'm thinking to add a backup network when Admob is not filled.

I know iAd is the most popular but it's for iOS4 only. My app is for iPad.

stick with AdMob for now, iAd fill rate is low and CTR is also low (only nissan ad is there now)
