Localizing iPhone Apps: Work for anyone ?

All,

Just wondering if anyone experienced significant increases in sales for their apps after translating/localizing an app?

I must assume that some apps don't lend themselves to localization for whatever reason, but I was wondering if anyone has any experiences (good or bad) with going through the trouble to translate all the text and image labels etc.
