Default When do I get paid?

Slightly important! I've been selling paid apps since early June and am starting to turn my attention to the prospect of actually receiving some money from my sales.

The problem is I'm confused about when payments actually occur. I have sold well over $150 worth of apps, but the following statement in the financial reports section confuses me:

"If your proceeds from sales for a given currency/territory for a given month are less than $150 USD, or the equivalent in local currency, we will withhold payment until you accumulate more than $150 USD (or equivalent). "

Does this mean that not only do I have to accumulate sales of over $150 in a 'territory' (and I'm not even too sure what the definition of that is), but I have to make over $150 in each before I get paid? My apps have been selling all over the place, with no emphasis on one particular part of the world, so does this mean that if I only ever sell $50 worth in, say, Peru, I would never get paid for those Peru sales because I didn't get to the $150 threshold?

If anyone could shed some light it would be much appreciated! Thanks!

There are 7 regions, Australia, Canada, Europe, Japan, United Kingdom, United States, and "Rest of the World". Each region is independent and you will receive the payments separately. You need to reach 150 in a region to be payed from that region, if a region is less than 150 they just hold on to your money until you get to 150, but the other regions will still pay you. The payments usually start coming around the 20th, so June's payments will probably start rolling in next week.

OK Thanks very much. Do the financial reports come out at the same time as the payments or are they released earlier? I currently have no financial reports, so I'm wondering if that is any indication of whether or not I will get paid on the 20th or will I be waiting until next month?

the report for Europe should arrive in the next days.
the US report is always one of the latest.
payments will arrive a few days after you receive the PYMT report

I read somewhere else on here that iTunes was going to start lumping payments for territories. Is that true? I also fall into the splintered category.

Just got my first app in the App Store and that's exactly what I was wondering also.

Thanks for the answer.
