I finally got a special payment issued on 5/24 for the remainder of Jan. and all of Feb. after two support request. I am going to wait to till I see automatic payments being processed before I give them any more business or consider the issues resolved.
i submit the ticket ask about this month already, and i got this
"We recently had some issues with the networks and our accounts which needed reconciliation before we could begin to processing our payments."
I have to say, I've had among my worst experiences with Mobclix so far. Sure, you seem to make more than with some of the other single Ad networks, but that's if you can collect on the money.
We've been using them since January, and the first payments which were due in April were late and split up by 2 weeks. The next payment came only after complaining with a support ticket and was 3 days late. This month, we're late again, and my support ticket is unanswered. I've emailed Nitin at the email above, and got the typical "I'll forward this to my controller" response.
A few months ago, Eric (apparently some kind of higher up at Mobclix) emailed everyone and said that they'd be paying money out at Net 75 based off of whatever had come in as payments from the other ad networks. That simply hasn't happened... and I contacted most of the companies they work with directly to find out their payment terms, and they all pay Net 30. Some of them had even confirmed that the given month's payments had been sent out.
There's no question that a lot of BS flies out of Mobclix to toss you around and delay things. My concern is that they're going to dissapear with 80% of what they still owe us.
It's hard to justify staying with them with iAd around the corner, and Apple pays in less than 30 days...
I am trying to wait their payment without submit any ticket and sent any email to them. Last month, they pay me on 19th after i submit a ticket and send email. Today is 17th. Good luck to me.
Anyway, Just notice they have interview in TV show, so...I assume they do want to run this company.
and they told me they will add some kind of function about the payment in their system. but 3 months later, as I recall, 2 times to change their interface, still no this function. kind of disappointment.
Hmm I wish I had seen this thread earlier. I had been using AdMob, but because of the new dev terms I thought an admob app would be rejected...So I tried mobclix because they are supposedly giving out advertising credit to new publishers.

I believe your just seeing their business plan in action. The vast majority of iphone developers are hobbyists who are going to see a few dollars in ad revenue from their app attempts before they give up. It won't be enough for them to bother chasing it, so mobclix keeps all the money from the advertisers. Multiply those few dollars up for each developer who tries out the app store and its probably a substantial number. Seems to me their default and intentional position is not to pay until you hassle them several times.
Wait for apples ad offering, they have a reputation worth keeping and I'd expect the revenue to be higher and to be actually forthcoming.
I did get paid for this month and last, about a week late in both cases. There isn't really enough information given for me to be able to exactly reconcile the dashboard numbers with the payments made, but they appear to have paid in full, at least approximately. They responded to my ticket right away, but it was a "real soon now" response, not a committed date.

This month I haven't get paid yet, not sure why they don't process all the payment at the same time. And their dashboard has no information about our payments, it's a pain to keep sending a ticket every month.
I am asking myself same question...but the payment we talking about is the money we earn in March. That's the date i get payment from this company first time. and it do takes time to find another ad solution.
anyway, I got the payment few days ago, still hoping they give us more information in dashboard.
Honestly, the only bad thing with Mobclix is it's a pain to get them pay but they do pay.
At this point I have no idea which ad network to go with.
- iAds seems to be a good option but I'm not sure with all the people jumping to it, how much it will affect the fill rate. Will wait and see if things goes well.
- Admob is a night mare, the fill rate for me while I was still using it was some where between 30 - 40%
Trust me I've been thinking and rethinking many times, still not sure which ad network should I move to. Any suggestions ?
I dont get ANY Ad, also 8 Networks are confirmed.
ONLY my Custom ad comes through, so it looks my app is working.
After writing them now for nearly one week without an answer (other networks answer the same day), even send a ticket last week.. i searched the net and find this.
Looks I will never work with them together. Till now looks for me the best to assign seperatly with each NetWork Server and use AdWhirl.
On the other side I would really like to give MobClix a change, the Idea sounds great, just the support is not acceptable. When I started the contacted me several days if i like to join, after that, when I did not got an ad, no answers anymore
From the support I been given from Mobclix, I find there support has always been great and quick with their job. If I find any problems with my ads or payment, I could send a ticket and get a helpful reply within a few days.
But their payment system is just messed up! Not sure if it's a software problem or something but they need to get their payment system up to par with the other ad networks!
Are you all still experimenting the problems with the payment from mobclix?
Because I've signed up to them some days ago after reading a post about their higher fillrate and payments (opposed to admob), but now after that I've started to think about using other advertisement systems.
I've already a problem with the slowness of their support system to answer to tickets/emails/forum, but the only reason for me to stay with them was the promise of highest fillrate (and hope payments), but know that I found this post (and others on the same subject) I'm really thinking about leave it.
Someone can update this post with latest news? Are there delays in payments or other problems?
Thanks a lot!
I signed up with them in April, and I still haven't been payed. They claim (and their website backs this up) that I get paid when my account reaches $100. When I signed up there wasn't this "Must reach $100" thing, but now there is. On top of that, from what I can gather (support enjoys repeating themselves), the ad networks already paid them, so Mobclix is holding my money! It doesn't take much to put money that you already have into a paypal account, but for some reason for mobclix they just can't do it.
screw you mobclix, I'm going to do everything I can to get payed then I'm switching to admob, at least they will pay me on time and not have some bogus $100 minimum.

I posted earlier in this thread, but there's been so much activity, it is probably buried at this point.
I work for Nexage, a mobile ad mediation and optimization provider. We connect developers to 50+ ad networks and sources to increase their fill rate and yield, have a sophisticated reporting interface, and have always paid our developers on-time according to our terms and conditions.

Guys Adam from Mobclix here. Read this thread which has more recent payment news and feedback but I'll still comment here: we aren't yet at automatic payments (hopefully later this month) but people are getting their money and everyone I've talked to is happy with our response time.
For anyone that has concerns, please email me directly:
