apple splits it up into regions

Australia, Canada, Europe, Japan, United States, United Kingdom and Worldwide

Your payments come from apple in each of those regions as a wire transfer to the bank you sign up with.

As the 'Middle East' sales are in the 'Rest of the World' region you get paid in US dollars for either the US or Europe (Luxembourg??), I can't remember which. But in summary, don't worry, you'll be sweet!
