1 day to get the paperwork through
* I submitted the app for review but it was waiting to be allowed to charge for the application
* waiting to be approved to charge money for a program
21 days
* we are now able to charge, but they are approving the application, it has been
3 weeks since we were approved to charge and they have not approved the application (it was
submitted Sept 17) still the application is not approved
* total time:
54 days so far in this process and still no app approval
This is a dirt simple app from a functionality standpoint but a clever entertainment application, the graphics are first class steampunk inspired.
Three emails and 5 phone calls have yielded the following statements by Apple's reps "I will check on its progress it shouldn't exceed 21 days", " I will escalate this to the review team" ," I told you we had escalated this last week I will follow up with an email when I get a response to confirm what has happened(Oct 14th and she never emailed me anything further", "Yes it does appear to have taken some time, I will email the dept (This was Friday the 24th)
I emailed Steve out of complete frustration, there hasn't been a single communication in regard to the application.
