It appears that the wait times for new apps & updates is about 7 days.

I wish they had prepared themselves for the increase in submissions due to the iPad. It was obvious that the iPad release was going to create a bottleneck and they had plenty of time to prepare for this bottleneck, even if it is temporary.

Imagine the developers who are building apps as contract work having to explain to their client that to make a quick '5 second' change to an app will take about 7 days to see that change on the app store.

May 17, Still In Review. This is almost as bad as the times it took when I first started developing back in November. Very frustrating when I have made the app for a client that paid a week ago when I finished and they still have to wait this long for it to show up.

Seriously. No one cares about you getting emails. Your own fault for not changing settings on notifications. This thread let's me know if I'm the only one who is having apps take forever to be reviewed or if it's normal.
