Appviz will give you ranking, also on the iphone you can use PositionApp

Recnently I have been using this app called PositionApp. The app will tell you your app's ranking in every countrie's app store, if the ranking is greater than 300.
I use positionapp on the iPhone, it's results are usually delayed by more than 4 hours though, but as panzeriti said you get info on top 300 which is cool. On the mac there is magicrank which will give you real time top 100 results. Here is the link: Majic Jungle Software
You can usually tell if you are featured in another country because you rankings will suddenly jump on Tuesday. The only way that I am aware of to actually view if you are featured is to look at the other country's app store through iTunes which you can do by click the little circle flag that is in the bottom right of iTunes on the main iTunes homepage.
On the iphone I use AppRanking. It shows a graph how your apps evolved over the last days/months.
It's addicting. I'm checking my rankings several times per day.
