Default Daily Sales reports?
Will I still get them even if my app has 0 sales? I'm entirely in the dark here - I don't know how many sales I've had. Worst case scenario, it's zero. But, I'd still like to know.

But, I've yet to be able to get a sales report for today or yesterday. How long do they take to show up? Will I still get one, no matter the amount of sales?

No. If you get 0 sales/downloads, you won't get a report for that day.
