Where to Place Legal Notices in App?

Perhaps this is off-topic...but it's also a Legal question,

I am sure that lots of Apps have copyright and limited liability provisions. (Or they should.) But I've checked every app in my iPhone and am unable to locate the legal notices in any of them.

I've written an App and am wondering WHERE in the App I should place the legal notices??

If anyone has any thoughts, I'd love to hear them.

Well you can create a custom EULA when you submit the app and then there will be a link to it from your app description page in iTunes. You could also have an "about" area in your application where you list that information. I have a vet app where I display an agreement the first time the app is launched so you could do something like that as well.
