End-of-Year Payout for 2009

Does anyone know if Apple is going to do end of year payouts for 2009?

Last year they paid out sub-250$ (at that time, now 150$) amounts at the end of the year. I assume they will do the same this year. But so far for December I have not seen any PYMT files for countries where my sales are sub 150$.

Has anyone got any experience with last year's payout? Or is Apple doing these payouts in January to include December as well?

no help here, i get paid out every month from all 7 zones so I'm not sure how they deal if you can never clear the $150 barrier
