Ownership of Content

Apple is pretty clear about ownership of app. content. In fact, I've heard stories of Apple erring on the side of being overly cautious more than once when it comes to rejecting app. without clear proof of ownership of content within the app. I want to develop an app which will use several photographs that are available in Wikipedia with Fair Use, Wikipedia Commons, with clearly stated free use, in the public domain. Will I have trouble getting approval from Apple if I have clearly put all copyright, wikipedia commons information on my website and in the app. itself? Anyone have this kind of experience?

I have many apps that use images and information on wikipedia just make sure you add a copyright area showing the source and quote the public license and give copyright information with the image to the owner of the image and you should have no problem i have not been held on any of the apps because i clearly mark and give proper copyright.
