How to change keywords in iTunes Connect?

How it's possible to change keywords via iTunes Connect? The text near the keywords text entry field in iTunes Connect tells "Keywords can only be edited with the submission of a new binary. 100 Characters Max."

What is meant by "submitting new binary"? Does it mean uploading new version of the app?

Very confusing.

Also - it seems it's impossible to alter app title via iTunes Connect, right?

That is correct. Can only change name and keywords upon submitting an update/new version.

Yes, all other metadata can be changed at any time except those two details!

You can change the keywords when you submit or update your app.

If I only modify the keyword and app name for my app, but the app code(binary) is the same, before users perform the update process, is there any warning message to alert NOT to update ?
or during submit the new release for review, can I memo this release is NOT for update (download)?
