Default Should I wait and submit my app after the os 3.0 release?

Hey, I was wondering what you guys out here think:

I have a game ready to deploy to the app store, but I'm not sure if now is the best time to send it.

This is my dilemma: If a lot of devs have been creating os3.0 apps (which I assume ppl have since the beta has been out) then the flood gates will open next week and my fresh submission will be washed down the list (and may never see the downloads it would have otherwise)

Do you think the situation will be that extreme, or perhaps there won't be that large a change in the amount of new apps released daily?

Honestly, I don't think there will be a flood of applications once OS 3.0 is out.
More than usual ... yes, but I don't imagine a skyrocketing number of new apps.

Yea I see...

I guess it will take time for the new apps to get in anyway since Apple hasn't been accepting 3.0 apps... (right?)

I wonder how many devs have actually been working on a 3.0 only app

Since the day that the 3.0 beta was released, I started developing a new game. Submitted it on Tuesday. I wonder how many other developers did similar things.

I just thought about this situation:
What happens to all the people who didn't update their phone once the new version comes out?
Apple won't allow 2.1.1 apps to be submitted (I assume) and by the time enough people have updated and are able to download your new 3.0 app it probably won't be in any lists... So a lot of exposure would be lost.
What do you guys think?

So I think I got my answer,
Which Target OS are you compiling for right now?
