For Australia anyway. Its Marches payment but its correct as I didn't make enough there anyway in Feb.
Hope the rest of Feb's money turns up along with Marches next week.
Anyway, I'm shocked.
Kieran, guys, I hope you get yours also.
Lucky you! No AUS for me today, as well as no Financial Reports for March, and Apple still owes me back pay for most of Feb and one region in Jan. What the H E L L.

Sign me up, If some one is going to class action suit against Apple.
Apple seems ignore developers since March. I sent them 30 more inquire payment email to itspayment@apple.com but get nothing reply.

They owe our money but no any reasonable explain.
Opened a new thread about possible legal action....(is it feasible for foreigners? is it feasible at all?)
I haven't been paid since starting selling, that includes payments for Jan & Feb and I guess soon for March.... That's $5000. Sent numerous emails to itspayments as well as used their web form (which is a torture to get to the contact us link at the end of all the pull downs...) and never received any reply. I used to have a good opinion of Apple... used to buy their stuff... my opinion is rapidly changing!
I think Apple still trying to figure out how to resolve payment if there are problem in payment transaction. I believe a lot of developers have been paid properly. Only small numbers of developers have not been paid. I feel sorry for who has not been paid yet at the same time I am satisfy with Apple payment.

I certainly hope they are trying to resolve the issue. However, not responding to any of the unpaid developers emails (like myself), even a simple response like we are aware of the issue and looking into it, is frustrating and downright contemptuous of Apple.

may be it is just me. Whenever Apple publish they have problem with something like payment, the whole online media making it just like breaking news. (Which is not good for Apple and will not good to for us iPhone developer). On the other hand, if some news like "please stop emailing us" posted to TechCrunch, it is not good too. Anyway, either way is not good.
I do agree that Apple need to notify developer involved when they have problem. I believe this thread started with developer has problem with payment and Apple did said they try to resolve it. It might not be easy to resolve right away with all the international transaction, payment, banks, regions, etc. Overall, I still think Apple doing a good job for overall system considering it is not an easy sytem to created on the first place.
If it is, then Google, Microsoft and others already figure it out.
Also, since they are competitor of Apple. Sometimes, someone try to discredit Apple. Or may be, I just a fans of Apple.
This is a REAL problem - My app's been in the App Store since January and I've received no payments. I've sent numerous emails with no response, called the support line with no resolution.
This is not an isolated situation - It's happening to many developers (If you're getting paid, don't think it can't happen to you next month)
We all need to spread the news of how Apple is putting stress on our finances and our families to make it "important enough" to Apple to resolve it asap.
Does apple send an email when they've paid a developer money? If the wire transfer fails, or ended up in the wrong account for some reason, how would you know?

No, they don't do any notification:

Hello Hector,
Unfortunately, no we do not notify you when we make an actual bank deposit. Payments start depositing into accounts the last week of the month and continue through the beginning of the following month. Please retain your financial reports for reference of earned amounts in each territory/currency.
Kind Regards,

My app started selling in February and so far they own me a couple grand in royalties and not a single penny has been paid to me yet.
I've emailed them at least 4 times and so far with zero responses.
I was planning on adding some useful upgrades to my app to benefit my users but now it's all on hold. I don't think I can do business with a company that refuses to honor legal contracts.
I'm thinking of moving to the Palm Pre platform when it's ready.
I am having a similar issue with missing payments and iTSPayments not responding to my emails. Apple desperately needs to fix this issue. My apps are small and the money is not very much, but this is very unprofessional. Its not as if we are not paying for this service.
They really need a payment report which shows the payment amount and date of transaction so we can at least see when things are happening.
Shortly after I posted my experience with Apple payments, I got a response from Apple telling me they will look into it. They claim to have paid me on the Canadian currency but I didn't receive anything in my bank. They also said my US currency payment didn't go through and they'll look into it.
So far it's been 2 days and still nothing. No more updates from Apple and still no money.

It looks like the limits for class action are pretty high, so as an earlier poster suggested it's likely the best method here to get a response is hiring a lawyer for an hour to send a letter, and ccing arstechnica, engadget, and anyone else who will notice.
If anyone does this please post the general outline of the letter so we can all begin to do this. Apple is not only breaking the law, but providing absolutely bafflingly bad customer service.
I eventually got an email back after I sent them a third email. My other two emails were never replied to at all, but at least the issue is dealt with and I got my money.
Also, I think the only reason they even replied to this email was because I had contacted ITSTaxes since I thought it was a tax issue and they provided me with more details. So with my third email I had a lot more info to prove the issue was at their end.
