I'm gonna sell all my apps or partner with someone in US

I am the iphone app developer and there are 8 apps already list on app store.
But due to the apple seems does'nt like people outside US or GB to make money from app store. They always no responsed for either small issue or big issue sort out. Even signal wave. Tons emails no replay, but the call agency just tell me "sorry... wait...". It tolk over one month but still no response. Amount of my money no pay since Dec last year.
I am tired dealing with them.
So, I am look for the people who is inside US or BG for selling my apps.

I think you'll find no matter who or where you are it's the same. Nobody in the US gets special treatment from Apple. They ignore us equally well! Also, you're only paid when the amount of sales in a region crosses $250 US. So if you have a lot of little sales in various regions it could be a LONG time before you get paid.

Even when you do cross that boundary, it'll be 45 days from the end of that month that you crosses the boundary before you get payment. So if you crossed that border March 3rd, you're still not going to see that cash until sometime in mid-May

I saw some iphone developer correlated forums and find quite some US&GB people got their payment and response much quickly. Most overseas people include me complain there were no responsed for sent them tons eamail. So, I doubt their different treatment.
I've register iphone app developer since August last year, And got the sale's revenue more than $250 from US appstore since Dec last year. Jan 2009 even more. but get no any penny payment till now. what the hell is going on? No one from Apple give me reason.
If Apple keep this attitude longer that very possibly to give other competitors good opportunity like Android and Blackberry. I saw the Blackberry just open their appstore this month. So, I decide to trial Blackberry now.
So, that's the reason why I am going to sell my iphone apps.
