According to Apple their next payment cycle begins on the 10th. The deadline for all February payments to be made according to our contract is the 14th. There anybody who hasn't received Feb payments and has made the minimum $250 will receive their payment between 10th and 14th. Personally I'm still missing my Japan report though. I've had the rest for 2 weeks I think, but still no Japan. Ah well, maybe on Friday.

for what i've heard from apple, they only make payment one time per cycle, if you don't get paid in time, there's likely no hope you can get your payment be4 next cycle's payment

Yes I think you're right but I mean that their contract with us states that payments must be made within 45 days from the end of the month. That means that all February payments must be made by April 14th or they are in breach of the contract. I contacted them and they told me the next payment cycle begins on the 10th April. Payments cycles can last a couple of weeks.

I asked them a while ago about USA payments, and apparently they needed my physically signed W8BEN form before I get paid. Apparently they sent a mail out which is a pre-filled copy of the W8BEN form filled in itunesconnect, but I don't think I ever saw it.

Anyways, sent it to them, and they said it's good now. We'll see if that translates to payment soon enough.

Also, got another two SARL payments.. february I guess.

Still no payments, from any territory. I'm in Canada.

Underthesun, how did you contact them? The last time i sent them an email using the address that's on the frontpage of itunesconnect, it took them a month to reply.

Thanks

Seriously...

I understand that it's hard to handle that much developers and payment transfers, but 45 days should be more than enough.

I'd love to be able to contact them and diplomatically resolve this issue, even though I am quite annoyed. They haven't followed what they explicitly wrote in their contract. What are the options available to me?

I hope this doesn't happen again...

Its so bad now its almost (almost) funny.

I first signed up in August of last year. After months of delays I finally got accepted. I made the required amount of money in my 2nd month of app sales (Feb). Yet now, 7 MONTHS after signing up, i still have to see any money.

Everyday when I see my sales I'm pleased but it does seem like magical pretend money that I may someday see.

Default Newbie..............

Good Morning All, Newbie here....Firstly, i§d like to introduce myself, I am based in the UK.
My first app went live on March 24th 2009 it was free for a couple of days then i started charging. i think i got to $250.00 in the US territory and the UK territory (no others) - few questions:

when can i expect my financial reports for March?
when can i expect to get paid for Marchs sales?
how are people in the UK paid?
on average what rates do we get for the dollar?
is it true that 6 different payments are made for 6 different territories?

Try aswer your questions, other one can correct if i mistake.

1. when can i expect my financial reports for March?
Used to be around tenth after last month end. But it has many delay since March.

2. when can i expect to get paid for Marchs sales?
According to ITSpayment reply email that should be within 45 days after end of last month. But we couldn't believe it due to i haven't received Dec 2008 payment. .

3. how are people in the UK paid?
maybe you (UK developer) can get the payment on time.

4. on average what rates do we get for the dollar?
No idea.

5. is it true that 6 different payments are made for 6 different territories?
It is true.

4. I think the rates we get are just whatever they are on the day Apple sends the payment.

By the time Apple gets around to paying people though we will probably be living in space and currency will be a thing of the past.

Surely Apple pay you in dollars and then your bank converts it and probably charges an extortionate fee for doing so...

Yeh I stll haven't received my Feb payment (as well as a lot of other people). At this stage Apple has actually broken their contract as it is over 45 days from the end of February but there isn't much we can do.

I am beginning to cr@p myself!! that is so unfair. I have taken ages to try to develop a game and now that it's on the app store i have realised that they may not even pay me! I'm sure some folks have been paid, who and what decides that half of the developers get paid and the other half dont.

why don't you contact them?

Guys, exact same here. No payment for Feb yet.

Who should we contact? Has anyone got any experience of the quickest route? Is it email or phone, if so which email address and which phone number?

Thanks.
