Hurrah, they're finally coming in..just received US report for Feb
Just got my US report as well. Yay!
Do you think it's too much to expect to receive the payments by the end of this month? (yes, I know they have till mid april, but I can hope, can't I?)
Your Financial Report for sales in United States for the fiscal month of February is now available on iTunes Connect. Please login to the site here:
I wonder where are those reports for other region? I'm pretty sure that I exceeded the $250 minimum!
How long should before I should expect the money to be in my account after receiving the financial report?

Anybody else have their Financial report not come anywhere close to the Daily Trend sales numbers? My game launched in late February, but the numbers are low by a factor of 3. That seems like quite a lot to be off by.
This is my first report so maybe I'm missing something. It doesn't have any foreign sales either, which makes me suspicious.

This is my first report, so I don't know if this is normal, but my numbers are about 66% of what they are on the trend reports. I didn't launch until part way through the month, so all my data for Feb. can be found in 2 weekly reports (includes March 1st...so there is one extra day in there).
Here's part of what I sent to the app reporting team:
From looking at the weekly reports, I can see that from Feb 16-Mar 1, I supposedly had 208+705 (US ONLY) paid downloads for my app. Now, I realize the monthly report does not include March 1st and the weekly report does, but even that can't make up for the staggering difference I see. In the finance report, it shows that only 523 units were sold in the month. That is 913 vs. 523 (again, less one days worth of sales...but still!).
For my other app, I see similar pattern. From Feb 16-Mar 1, I supposedly had 105+257 (US ONLY) paid downloads for my app. In the finance report, it shows 240 units were sold in the month. That is 362 vs. 240 (less one days worth of sales...but still!!!).
Can you please explain to me why there is such a gross discrepancy in the numbers as this is EXTREMELY alarming. Should I be expecting this to correct itself? Should I be expecting to see this every month and should just disregard the 'informational' reports entirely?
Has anyone else seen this? This is very disturbing. If this is normal, how can they even call those reports Informational?

Same here, I only had sales on a new app the last 4 days of the month, but only about a third of those sales were on the financial report. I'm wondering if the sales would show up on the March report since they were so close to the end of the month?
I read somewhere that the sales reports are not accurate, and the financial reports are the official numbers, but I'd hate to find out I've only been selling about a 1/3 of what I thought I was.
Well at least I'm not alone. I guess we need to wait for a more experienced developer to chime in. I wonder if they don't show up on our financial reports until the customer is charged. Since this is typically delayed by a few days, that could explain at least what rgeade and myself are seeing... possibly dhomick's as well since he said he's about a day's worth of sales short.
I guess I'm hoping that's what the problem is, rather than the daily trend information being wildly innaccurate.

I think this is the case, they wont comit to paying you until the transaction is completed, the daily reports are updated as the user click on the Buy Buttons so these reports should only be used as a guide only. Monthly reports are the only ones you can fully rely on really. Over the past three months I have reconciled the daily with the monthly and have found to be a 5% mismatch so far.

Only payments that clear by the end of the month are in your financial report. In other words if people bought your app in the last days of Feb, their credit cards woudn't be charged and processed in time. Those payments will hit on your March report.
FYI: I emailed apple few days ago asking to give me estimate when we will get paid and this is what they said.
"All payments will be processed by Monday, March 30th."
I am hoping this means that payments (and not just reports) will be issued by Monday.
There's a guy in the apple forums saying that he has already his payment for feb... I asked him for a confirmation of this... he's even saying that this is the first time that payments are BEFORE the reports....
anyone can confirm this? Which country?
BESIDES THAT
How did you get an answer???? I'm emailing them on a daily basis 'cause they haven't paid anything since november 2008 sales... and no answer...

November! That seems like a breach of contract to me. If you're sure you've made enough in each region I'd try and phone them. Just try and get through to anyone at Apple and I'm sure the can get you through to somebody that can help. It could be something to do with your tax forms etc?

nop, it seems that there was an error with the intermediary bank... I DIDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING and they said that the error was corrected and that I should see money from feb 28th to march 15th...nothing yet....
But I'm trying to believe that maybe this cycle they're going to make the deposit...
Mailing on a daily basis... trying to reach by phone...
That's why I'm curious if they have started the deposits for feb (as someone says)....
I have a pending payment of $452.20 in my Wells Fargo account as of this morning. It is not the U.S. payment, but one of the other regions. I don't know which region yet as it just says "INCOMING WIRE CREDIT"
I've only received my U.S. statement so far from iTunes.
