No, and I don't think anyone has said that payments will come before reports, have they? People are just asking what the time difference between the two will be...

So, did iTunes break their contract somehow by delivering reports this late? Can we demand candies or anything more expensive? Or could it be that they wrote in the contracts that they can't be prosecuted for being late.. ?
They have up to 45 days after the end of the month to get the reports out. So for Frebruary that it the 14th April - there's a fair amount of time left!

As discussed in our last communication, we have made format improvements which may impact your processing of the monthly finance file(s).
We have created a guide that covers the new report format in detail and how the previous report maps to the current report. Please click here to download the royalty report guide/specification.

I, too, have still not received the February financial report.
I'm starting to think that they are going to do something very nasty, since it seems that some people (including me) haven't been paid for jan or my particular case ever...
oh! but apple does charge when the users download the apps... it seems that they're retaining purposely the money...
Why do people panic so when things deviate from the norm, and what is with all the conspiracy theories?
If you look at the Apple fiscal calendar, it is not the same as Gregorian Calendar (common civil calendar).
Check out the terms of the contract. As has been mentioned ad finitum in this thread, Apple have 45 days from the end of the particular month (in this case it coincides with Feb-28) to produce the goods, or April 14. If they go past this date, then you have pause for concern.
It isn't a conspiracy, Apple aren't messing us about, they're not trying to rip us off. In fact they have given a reasonable explanation. Don't underestimate the impact of what appears to be a superficial format change. I'm willing to bet that the same reports are produced for other iTunes Store content such as Music, TV Shows and Movies.
I'm hoping it takes a few more days, as my tax information hasn't been processed yet and I don't want to pay extra tax.

My question is, why didn't they generated the reports as usual before starting the change? For the document it seems that dev was started AFTER the usual date for generating the reports....
For whatever it's worth, the information sent out to us regarding the new financial reports format is now included in a new 'welcome/news' section when you login to itunes connect.

Just noticed that too. Hopefully this means I'll have an inbox full of financial reports in the morning :P

Any thoughts????
I think that's just when the document was sent out. They've probably been working on this since they sent out January reports.
