Is that specifically for February?

As far as I know we should be getting our Feb payments in this cycle. I think March payments are in it too.

Thanks Kieran, we shall see.

At this point my family and I refer to it as the 'magic' money.

Just to add my 0.02, I am due monies from March and haven't heard anything at all. This would be my first payment, so I'm fearing that they'll find some problem and I won't see the cash.

Seems sorta ridiculous to me; one would think they'd put a higher priority on paying the developers who are playing such an active role in making this such a great platform.

I wouldn't get your hopes up. I paid my $99 in December and apparently they didn't get all my bank info through processing until 25th March! I'm still waiting on Feb payment but according to Apple it will be coming in this weeks payment cycle. Hope you get your money though too. It's the apps that make the device so great and Apple should be doing more to keep developers happy, especially with the palm pre coming out soon.

I completely agree and I am infact in the exact same boat. My first payment due is from March. Although they're not contracted to give us that until around 14th May of course, so I'm not panicking at all yet. (And I hope I want have to panic!)

People keep saying about how Apple should be doing better, but surely it's clear that there's so many of us devs out here that it must be very hard for Apple to keep up. I know that they *should* be able to do better, but Apple is Apple and they will eventually get things sorted out. Personally I think that it must be something to do with the 3.0 release being relatively imminent that there are issues with payments / legal stuff. Yes I know that they should have enough people, but I'm giving them a break at the moment. So much is changing that I think they deserve some slack.

But then I guess I havn't been not paid, so I don't know what it's like...

I am a developer from the UK, i first started selling my app in March, I reached the $250.00 threshold in US and UK. I really, really hope i get paid soon. NOT having to wait till 15/05/09 would be a big bonus! no March financial reports yet? any idea by anybody when we may get those?

Anybody receive payments yet? According to the schedule Europe and UK should by coming in today? Also, is there any specific time of the day that Apple usually makes the payments at?

No, but I think that *if* today they send the payment, you should get it in at least a week, because of the international bank transfer. I don't think they send the Europe payment from a European bank...

Really? I was under the impression that it would go immediately into my account regardless of what bank it was sent from.

Someone needs to take this to a major news site or a good lawyer.

Exactly. Unless there is a hidden clause they have broken the contract by not paying us by April 14th.

For what I know, bank transfers are sent real time only if the two banks are agencies of the same bank, or at least this is the way it works in Italy. Obviously, if they use another method of sending payments that's done real time it'd be way great, we've all already waited too much!

I emailed iTSPayments as well, but the reply that said I should get the payment by May, 25th came from another mail I sent to iTSBanking or iTSTax, because I found some glitches in my bank/tax infos on iTunes Connect

Do you know, I'd love to even know what (if anything) is wrong with my details. Apple won't respond to my mails.

I'm stuck.

So I've been extremely luck by receiving a reply from them...
Maybe you've sent too much messages and then marked as junk..

lol, nope. I've only sent 1 very nice mail the day the legal time for paying me completed. I am under the impression that Apple is a business partner of mine and would treat me as such.

However, as I said, I didn't get the reply from iTSPayments, but from the other addresses, try to contact them to these ones, maybe using another excuse to focus their attention, like "Hey man, I think my bank address is wrong... Is maybe because of this I didn't get paid???"

I dont understand how some of you have you financial reports, and yet I have none. Wouldn't Apple just send them all out at once. Every day that goes by I get more and more nervous that I won't get paid.

They used to pay so consistently... I don't understand what happened! It's like at the end of 2008 it all fell apart.
