For you does this violates the Agreement?

Reason: Inappropriate image.
yes. Violates both the agreement and the depicted girl.
Hehe, she went on her free will ...
Well i would like to know where this is obscene, pornographic content, not to mention offensive or defamatory...
I've been thinking about this and i see other apps that can be considered offensive for someone...
So i think this image maybe in the borderline but not pornographic or obscene, at least where i live.
No private parts are shown and cartoons are used so that it could minimize the perception of pornographic content, if there was any to someone...
I also had this same idea.
I got shot down by apple for this exact section in the agreement. I used cartoon figures as well with no luck. They said that it was offensive content with no great explanation.

Yeah that can be considered pornographic. Its up for interpretation, and unfortunately it only matters what Apple feels like. Hell, unfortunately they can deny your app because they dont like your name and there isnt much we can do.

Yeah, this is really frustrating. I would be ok with it if i showed explicit content, but this is not it.
I guess we can only move on or try cydia...
