I have received my US payment today as well as two smaller payments from January. Still waiting on EUR payment.

I checked with Apple and they didn't go into detail. They just stated that I had a prior surplus. Whatever that means!

The financial report dates for Jan were Dec 28 - Jan 31, so I would think the amounts should have matched the report?!?

I have already gotten four payments for Jan 09:

US, Canada, Australia, and one other that I don't know which one it is yet.

I might have just got my EUR payment, but it still hasn't said where it came from yet. No US yet.

You can tell the source of the payment from your wire transfer notice from your bank:

I have something pending but have no idea what it is. It is far more than I should be getting for any region. Since it is pending, my bank does not show where it is from until it clears.

Thanks, for canada it displays the name of the source (e.g iTunes canada). Only 3 has come, 1 of them pending..

I think Apple "found" some money in our "couches cushions" from last year that they are giving us.

Our US payment was more than the financial report said and they just told me that it includes some "prior" amounts not previously deposited.

Well this would have been my first payment, so I'm afraid there's something wrong with my bank/tax forms (although they are aproved). So I submitted a missing payments form to Apple yesterday, wonder if/when they'll react.

Am I the only one now who didn't got payed or are some of you on the same boat?

No payment here either. I figured if they haven't sent anything when they send the financial report for Feb its time to find out what happened.

I did a week ago. Apple said 45 days. But who knows how long wires takes ? I'll give them another day or so...

if you have some god to pray or you do zen... time to apply it:

Sent over 20 mails and I don't know how many tickets in itunes connect and no payment....nada...
but since november 2008... e.g. I haven't received a confirmation of a deposit nor in my account there's any money...

What do you think? Process:

45 days -> before that, they answer you have to wait 45 days
After 46,47 days-> no money... ok, they claim they made a deposit go to your bank...

mmmh.. bank... is there any transaction number, receipt...

apple, 1 week after, and I don't know how many mails after...
"Oh yes, let me see..."

one month later after the initial ticket (that's their window of resolution...)...and a number of mails...

"oh... yes, wait another month for the deposit..."

today no money, no answer, nada...

I'm beginning to think that this is a scam
