Default Experience having your App acquired by another company?

I've been reading some of the blogs regarding apps that have been acquired (i.e. flixter and mindmap). Just wondering what the process is like for something like that?

How does the transfer actually occur? Signing over the entire SDK account? or just the source code/files?

You can find a lot of details in the TapTapTap's blog regarding the WhereTo aquisition:

I haven't heard of those two programs you mentioned. I did a google and didn't find much. Can you post the links for the info on those?
