App needs 3.1.3 Beta Tester

Greetings,

Since my last update, users on pre-3.2 devices (3.1.3 to be exact) have been reporting that my app is crashing on launch. Unfortunately iTunes Connect hasn't given me any crash reports.

Problem is that I don't have a 3.1.3 device and no way to get one.

I think I have the bug licked, but I need someone to test it on the device in question.
