Adhoc distribution Springboard error

We're trying to get our app out to beta testers but we're getting a weird error when trying to launch the app from springboard

posix_spawnp("/var/mobile/Applications/A30C2E38-7AEC-4F7B-A4BD-D911E6009EDD/xxxxxxx.app/xxxxxxx", ...): Permission denied

I believe we've got all of the steps and requirements to setup the profile and build for distribution.

Another weird thing is I could install the app on my own Iphone but my partner got this error when he installed the app and trying to run it. (It did installed fine through iTunes, the issue was running it on the phone itself.)

Would appreciate if anyone who had experienced this or know what's causing this error to help us out.
