Build Files?

ok, i have a finished project in Xcode and i want to distribute it via ad hoc. i have the provisions, certs, id's, and everything ready besides the .app. So i need to know where i can get the .app

I'm stuck on that too -.-

I tried taking it out of the "debug - iphone os" folder and adding it to iTunes with the provision, but it did not work at all...
