Umm, ever heard of "pro bono"? That is how fledgling businesses and cost-conscious entrepreneurs are able to get good legal services. And the food analogy is inapposite since eating food doesn't inhere in the initiation and operation of your start-up business (and as a result, the supermarket doesn't care), but legal services have a direct relationship and relevance to the initiation and operation of a business. So again, anyone who needs help with drafting agreements, etc., let me know, and I'm willing to do it on a pro bono basis.
