I have got the feeling that Apple always double reviews a App. For example the history of LuckyWheel 1.1.0 from dr_touch (ww.Drobnik.com/touch):
- got submitted on the 12th June
- viewed on the 13th (funny on a iPhone and iPod at the same time)
- viewed and got rejected on 16th because of a icon looking like the iphone
- resubmitted on 16th with a new icon
- viewed on 18th and 19th (got the feeling Apple liked the game)
- viewed on 26th 18:53 CET
- released on 26th 18:59 CET
In total it took 10 days.
