I'm not sure if it's a Firefox/Safari thing, or if it was just a temporary glitch that was worked out by the time I tried my MacBook. I hope this helps somebody.

Nope that wasn't it. I used several different browsers and computers but it still different work. Good guess though. I think it's a problem with iTunes connect, hopefully just today.
