I could be wrong, and will found out in about 20+ days given the current review schedule, but I think you can check yes to the first question about if it was tested on 3.0 ~ and I believe this will put the text next to your name on iTunes. This is different than the question to was the binary compiled on OS 3.0 SDK. I only saw the question about being tested on 3.0 when I was uploading the app. My 1.1 update I said no and I don't have the text saying that I'm tested on 3.0. For my 1.2 update, I checked yes to the question. After checking yes to it, I later reviewed where it is compiled and that answer remains no and shows that my app requires OS2.0+.
Unless users are able to filter out apps that haven't been tested on 3.0, then there probably isn't much of a reason to fret over it. I'm still running 2.2.1 because I need to finalize some testing, can anyone with 3.0 tell us if there are any built in filters or warnings about downloading a game that isn't marked as tested on 3.0?
