The question is ambiguous because "this" seems to refer to the submitted binary, which shouldn't be in 3.0. So it would be rejected.
On the other hand, it may just be asking if you had compiled it in 3.0 before compiling it in 2.2.1. But that's sort of weird. Why not just ask "Was this tested in 3.0 or greater?"
Or did I miss a big 3.0 migration and should submit in 3.0?  |
I read this as saying "was it compiled with SDK v3"? Regardless of the version targeted.
