Where in the Apple Dev center can you download beta 5 again? I keep coming up with the SDK kit, can't find OS 3.0.

So I found this article for installing the official release of OS 3.0 manually:
Download iPhone OS 3.0 7A341 for iPhone and iPod | iPhone | iPhone Heat
Seemed to work.

I downloaded a file called iPhone1,1_3.0_7A341_Restore.ipsw.zip which was a folder with a bunch of files I didn't understand, but regardless I couldn't restore anyway.
Any suggestions - where can I get and how do I install a new 3.0 OS?
