Were you able to get E*Trade to work?

E*Trade Bank does not have a SWIFT code, but E*Trade Securities does. Further complicating the problem is that for ABA transfers, it goes directly to E*Trade Securities. For international SWIFT transfers, you have to direct it through The Bank of New York with a different account # and address.

How were you able to enter two different banking accounts into the iTunes Connect website?
