Is my company the only one that has seen a drastic increase in approval time? We have two apps that seem to be stuck. One is now on day 14 and we have received no communication from Apple about this app. The other is on day 13 and we did receive the "requiring unexpected additional time" letter. Unfortunately, this is a time critical app that was written for a client who is now screaming. Has anyone found a way to influence the approval process? We could lose a valuable client over this as well as the substantial investment we have in the app.
