When should you sue?
Ok, looking at the site that I linked before there're good points in there:
Do I have a case?
I need
- Contract (ok)
- Performance -> you earn the money and the time to collect it has passed (ok)
- Breach (ok)
- Damages
Well, the last point could be subject to debate, you have to demonstrate a loss because the breach of contract (besides the money they owe?)
