For instance, in the case of Ethan.. .they didn't apologize for not fullfilling the payments for feb 09, they grab the excuse of swift change for delaying another month the payments....yes sure, because the swift code changed... but what about feb?...
And for feb reports, they said that because a change in the system the reports would be delayed, but not for every month!!!

Yeh, their excuses are getting pretty old. I just sent another e-mail to them threatening them with legal action. Hopefully that'll get them to answer. I'm not counting on it though.
