Don't really know if "Rapidshare, Megaupload, SendSpace" have automated measures, but the multiple DMCA requests sent to them everyday listing them as the host seem to help. Also it helps if the Web Site host is in America and you CC the DMCA requests to their abuse department, bye bye Ap*Hack*.
