Sent over 20 mails and I don't know how many tickets in itunes connect and no payment....nada...
but since november 2008... e.g. I haven't received a confirmation of a deposit nor in my account there's any money...

What do you think? Process:
45 days -> before that, they answer you have to wait 45 days
After 46,47 days-> no money... ok, they claim they made a deposit go to your bank...
mmmh.. bank... is there any transaction number, receipt...
apple, 1 week after, and I don't know how many mails after...
"Oh yes, let me see..."
one month later after the initial ticket (that's their window of resolution...)...and a number of mails...
"oh... yes, wait another month for the deposit..."
today no money, no answer, nada...
I'm beginning to think that this is a scam
