itunesconnect@apple.com, thanks for the advice, and i suggest you all do the same. I have had good luck through them before.
I am in Seattle, WA USA by the way, so I think this may be a worldwide issue.
Also, I have almost 50 apps on the App Store and make $9k-$14k/month, and it's really hurting my month of March, so this is definitely a big deal to me.
