Its pretty frustrating when you have two games and a third about to be submitted and I have to sit around and wait until this 'Pending Contract' is cleared.

Hello Scott, I am actually having the same problem. I had a lot of fixes and arguments with Apple via email during my application process. I did what was needed and can now look back a bit more calmed down and say I understand their side. In the middle of all that work though, its hard to deal with.
But yes, now I am starting to twiddle my thumbs again as I am wondering what is up with the contract status. At first, I did not quite get it. I noticed I never completed it, but had two apps ready for the store. I then completed the details for paid apps, but its been about a week now, and the last section doesn't have the green check circle. I am also curious, how long does this usually take?
