Have you tried calling them and bugging them about it? At one point during my enrollment as a company I wasn't getting any of their email correspondence, because my developer email address had been set by default to the ID I created when I registered as a developer (i.e.
mycompany@mac.com). But the thing is, there's no email account actually tied to that ID, so by default, the emails they were sending me......were going to nowhere. Nice, eh?
