Yes. I was hoping it was possible to allow the user to do it in one step. The closest I have seen is in the
Watchmen App, which lets you pick a photo from a screen and "save" it to the photo library. You then obviously have to switch to the Photos App and select it from there to email, wallpaper, etc.
