You could theoretically do it in your App itself; but you'd have to write mathematics functions to analyze the incoming waveforms (FFT analysis). This is not easy...unless you are a heavy hitting dev company or are a math genius I doubt you'll get very far; though I suppose you might be able to swing something "simple" like only having two states of recognition ("yes" type or "no" type).
